Johannes Gutenberg (c. 1395–c. 1468)
Born in Maiz, Germany. Started experimenting with printing at the age of 43. By 1455, he successfully completed his first masterpiece, which is also the first book ever printed in Europe called the "Forty-Two-Line" Bible. He died at the age of 73.
